SKF Handheld viscometer TMVM 1
The SKF viscometer TMVM 1 is a handheld rotational viscometer for quick
and reliable viscosity measurements of lubrication oils and hydraulic
fluids. It is suitable for both quantitative and qualitative measurements.
The TMVM 1 is a first check device for carrying out on-site
measurements. Regular viscosity checks help provide timely
information regarding oil condition, which can have an effect
on lubrication and machine performance.
- Compact light-weight design and portability of the viscometer make it an
essential device for field service engineers and other field operators
-Supplied standard with a rotor suitable for viscosity range between 30 and 1300 mPas covering the viscosity range relating to the greater majority of lubrication oils

New: For the first time ever, you can use the same device to work with “pressure“ or “suction“. This gives you more flexibility and better adjustment to the liquids to be examined.
The ViscoSystem ® AVS 470 is a measuring system that includes everything you need to take precise and reproducible measurements without a PC. All common types of viscosity calculation are integrated into the device, a small PS2 keyboard is all you need to enter additional data. A serial printer can be used to document your measuring results. Virtually all customary capillary viscometers can be used.
With the ViscoSystem® AVS 370 you are perfectly equipped for all tasks involved in determining viscosity. PC-controlled, the AVS 370 determines the time which the liquid to be examined requires to flow through the measuring distance in the capillary viscometer. Measurement of the flow time of the liquid’s meniscus can be scanned optoelectronically or with TC sensors thus enabling viscosity measurement of clear fluids through to black or fully opaque liquids. If necessary, the system can be extended to form a multiple measuring station with PC-controlled multi-tasking. The WinVisco 370 software enables parallel operation of two fully equipped AVS 370, with a total of eight ViscoPump II modules. |

Thermoset MIVI 8003 ensures an on-line viscosity measurement of any fluid at a required reference temperature.
PRINCIPLE :
The fluid is permanently drawn from the process brought at the required reference temperature, its viscosity measured, then re-injected in the main line.
