The UHV-675 is an automatic kinematic viscometer for measuring kinematic viscosity of transformer, insulating and other petroleum-based oils. It combines automated measurement, data storage and printing with an industrial touchscreen interface suited to quality-control and laboratory workflows.
Overview- Automatic measurement of kinematic viscosity for transformer oils and other liquid petroleum products.
- High-definition color touchscreen for intuitive operation and clear result display.
- Designed for quality-control labs, service centers and production testing.
Main features- Color HD LCD with touch-screen operation for responsive control.
- Four test holes to support parallel or multiple sample measurements.
- Large internal memory storing up to 2000 test records.
- Panel-mounted thermal printer that automatically prints sample number, measurement time, viscometer constant, tube diameter and kinematic viscosity value.
- Programmable timing with 1–4 cycles optional and timing accuracy of 0.1 s.

Operation precautions- 1. During the testing process, users should be careful to avoid burning their hands;
- 2. The instrument should be placed in a location with low air flow (such as a fume hood) to prevent external airflow from increasing heat dissipation and interfering with the constant temperature effect;
- 3. When the instrument malfunctions, the power should be cut off immediately. After the instrument cools down, professional personnel should be hired to repair and eliminate the fault before continuing to use it to avoid accidents.
- 4. To prevent the heater from drying out, when the medium in the constant temperature bathtub evaporates and loses, it should be replenished in a timely manner, and the necessary immersion depth of the heater should be ensured.
Maintenance and Care- 1. The instrument should be used in a non corrosive environment.
- 2. The instrument should be stored at 10-50 ℃ with a relative humidity below 85%;
- 3. If the instrument is not used for a long time, it should also be turned on regularly. Long term shutdown can accumulate dust and moisture, which may cause abnormal operation when restarted. It is recommended to turn it on at least once every two weeks for 2 hours each time.
