The Meech Model 915 Shockless AC Bar
The Meech Model 915 AC Bar has been designed to meet the most arduous of static elimination problems, including those encountered in high speed applications. The powerful performance of the Model 915 provides very fast decay times and effective ionisation up to distances of 150mm. It is shockless and is easily maintained. KDA 75 Anti Static Bar
H&O Anti-static bar high technology used in design can produce more efficient results for static electric problems even in high-speed applications. It provides high performance and efficient ionization with fast discharging time. Anti-static bars separate air molecules to positive and negative ions by the electric field it generates and transport them with their air apparatuses.
Any static charged product passed from the efficient distance of the bar will attract the opposite charged ions and neutralize the product. This will prevent the sticking of products to other products or parts of machines. At the same time, electrical shocks, explosions, fire danger and dust attraction of which is caused by static electric will be prevented. Thanks to anti static bars which don?t need any calibrations and can be cleaned and cared easily. Machines will perform hygienic, safe and high quality production with high performance without problems.
Even if the user touches the needles of the bar, each end of the bar are connected resistively to high voltage so user won?t be exposed to a shock which will harm human health. SIMCO anti-static bars generate an electrical field through a high voltage on a row of ionizing emitter points. This causes the air molecules in the vicinity of the bar to break down into positive and negative ions. Because opposite charges attract, any charged material passing near the bar will attract ions until the charge on the material is neutralized. The materials will no longer be attracted to each other or to the machine parts. Attraction of dust, explosion or fire hazards and electrical shocks to personnel caused by static discharge are avoided.

P-Sh-N-Ex
This anti-static bar is equipped with an integrated power unit, you do not need a high-voltage cable. This anti-static bar has been approved for use in certain hazardous environments (ATEX). The 5m long primary cable shall be connected to the mains voltage. A neon lamp can indicate that high voltage is present. Under certain conditions the P-Sh-N-Ex bar is capable of neutralizing the materials from a maximum distance of 200 mm.

The Meech Model 913 Flow Tube is designed to neutralise static charges on materials in handling and conveying systems. The Model 913 Flow Tube incorporates in-line ionisation, which eliminates material clinging and clogging in ducting systems due to static charges. The 913 Flow Tube comprises a stainless steel or PVC tube fitted with Model 910 static elimination bars, which are driven by a Model 904 power unit. The Meech Model 942 Flexi Nozzle is a small, lightweight in-line ionizing air nozzle with the discharge outlet extended by flexible knuckle trunking. The 942 Flexi Nozzle is designed for use with low pressure compressed air lines and for applications requiring the removal of electrostatically attracted dust and/or static neutralization. It is particularly suited to applications on sheet feeder and delivery systems. The 942 Flexi Nozzle is connected to a suitable high voltage power supply (the Meech Model 905). The Meech Model 992v3 30kV Static Generator creates a controlled level of static charge to impart temporary bonding between materials, at least one of which is insulative. The 992v3 provides a high voltage output adjustable over the range 0-30kV or a constant current that can be adjusted between 0 and 500µA. The selected output voltage or current is shown on a digital display. The adjustability of the output voltage and current enables the unit to be used in a multitude of applications and with a variety of materials. The 995 Edge Pinning Claw is a powerful pinning head intended for use on cast-film lines. Pinning the edges of the cast film to the chill roller prevents necking of the film. Resistively coupled titanium pins deliver spark free pinning. The 995-CLAW can be powered from either our 30kV or 50kV range of 992v3 generators.
The 995R range of Pinning Heads have been designed for use with all Meech static generators*. All can be operated at up to 50kV and being resistively coupled are near shockless in normal operation.

The Model 935 Ionising Blower provides effective long range ionisation over a large area. Its versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. The Model 935 comprises an ionisation head and an integrated fan system. A high volume flow of ionised air is generated by blowing air through the ionisation head at the mouth of the unit. The Meech Model 958 Sheet Separator system has been designed to allow efficient operation of automatic sheet feeders by eliminating static charges and separating the sheets with a controlled blade of ionised air. The Model 958 system comprises one or more full flow Meech ionising air curtains on adjustable brackets, which are mounted on the cross rod of the feeder. The Model 957 air curtains incorporate Model 915 static elimination bars, which are driven by a Model 904 power supply (refer also to Models 904, 915 and 957 data sheets). The air supply should be equipped with a pressure regulator and 5 micron filter.

The Meech Model 954 is a hand-held ionising air gun for neutralising static charge and removing dust contamination in a wide range of industrial processes. The Meech Model 955 is a hand held ionising blow gun for removing static charges and dust in a range of industrial applications. The portable Model 955 has been designed to provide efficiency in both cost and performance. An electrical centrifugal fan provides high velocity air flow, avoiding the need for a costly compressed air supply. Ionisation is provided by titanium emitters located in the nozzle of the gun, powered by a high voltage DC source. The 955 requires just a standard single phase 240V supply, thereby making the unit fully portable.
