Description

The IDB-7 intelligent antistatic bar (shockless) of our production is used in multiple sectors, such as textile, paper, plastic, printing, converting, packaging, etc. The IDB-7 antistatic bar has been designed for installation in high-speed machines; its design is very compact (40 x 25 mm) and the profile is made of FR-ABS filled with epoxy resin. This antistatic bar features an integrated power supply, so there is no need for high-voltage cables, only a 12-24 V power supply. The frequency is adjustable (0-20 Hz) and it is equipped with a cleaning warning alarm via an LED and remote PNP and NPN signals: Flashing green/blue: OK Purple: cleaning required Red: fault The special alloy emitters are connected to the high voltage via a resistor, so there are no risks to the operator in case of accidental contact. Our antistatic bars are custom-built according to the customer’s application requirements. This antistatic bar has a slot where M5 screws are inserted for fastening, allowing it to be fixed wherever desired along the entire length of the bar.
