Anti static bar IDB-7-ECO

Our intelligent IDB-7-ECO static eliminator bar (shockless) is used in multiple sectors, such as textile, paper, plastics, printing, converting, packaging, etc. The IDB-7-ECO static eliminator bar has been designed to be installed in machines operating at high speeds, its design is very compact 40 x 25 mm and the profile is made of FR-ABS filled with epoxy resin. This static eliminator bar has an integrated power supply, so there is no need for high voltage cables, only 12-24 V power supply and it is equipped with a cleaning warning alarm via an LED. Green = operating, Red = fault. The emitters are connected via a resistor to the high voltage, so there are no risks for the operator in case of accidental contact. Our antistatic bars are custom-built according to the customer’s application requirements. This antistatic bar has a slot where M5 screws are inserted for fastening, allowing it to be fixed wherever desired along the entire length of the bar.
