Anti-static bar IDB35-S

The IDB-35-S static elimination bar (shockless) has been designed to discharge surfaces at long distances. The ions generated by the bar, thanks to the compressed air nozzles, can eliminate electrostatic charges up to 2500 mm distance. This static elimination bar has an integrated power supply, so there is no need for high voltage cables, only 24 V power supply, the frequency is adjustable (0.5-10 Hz) and it is equipped with a cleaning and overload warning alarm via LED and NPN remote signal. The interchangeable stainless steel emitters are connected via a high-voltage resistor, so there is no risk to the operator in case of accidental contact. Our static elimination bars are custom-built according to customer application requirements up to 4 metres in length. The PVC profile has dimensions of 95.5×49 mm. This antistatic bar has a slot where M5 screws are inserted for fastening, allowing it to be fixed wherever desired along the entire length of the bar.
