The IDB-35 intelligent shockless antistatic bar of our production is used in multiple sectors, such as textile, paper, plastic, printing, converting, packaging, etc. The IDB-35 antistatic bar was designed to discharge surfaces at long distances, from 200 mm to 1200 mm. The PVC profile has dimensions of 95.5×49 mm. This antistatic bar has an integrated power supply, so there is no need for high-voltage cables, only a 24 V power supply; the frequency is adjustable (0.5-10 Hz) and it is equipped with a cleaning and overload warning alarm via an LED and NPN remote signal. The interchangeable stainless steel emitters are connected via a high-voltage resistor, so there is no risk to the operator in case of accidental contact. Our antistatic bars are custom-built according to the customer’s application requirements. This antistatic bar has a slot where M5 screws are inserted for fastening, allowing it to be fixed wherever desired along the entire length of the bar.
