BODAS controllers for quickly and affordably creating a mobile-hydraulic complete solution without time-consuming and expensive hardware development.
The RC controllers are the heart of the BODAS system with multifunctional inputs and outputs for the control of the electrohydraulics components in the machine. BODAS RC controllers are optimally meeting the requirements of mobile working machines with a diversified application spectrum.
In complex applications, multiple controllers can be connected via the CAN bus to form a network. The number of the inputs and outputs can be extended quickly and economically with the CAN I/O-extension module RCE. Safety features integrated in the standard version enable simple and reliable machine diagnostics.

This control unit serves for supplying digital detectors and for isolating MSR signals electrically. Additionally to the standard configurations for NPN or PNP drivers the device provides an adjustable pulse lengthening of maximum 60 sec. The device evaluates the signals of the sensor and at the same time provides the operating voltage for it. It has been rated especially for mounting on a 35mm top hat rail. Due to its' IP20 housing with optional top hat rail detent the device is appropriate for screwed mounting as well as for mounting in a switch professional cabinet.

The tenfold control unit provides 10 inputs and can be operated with all PNP-DC-sensors. The voltage supply is realised via 24V direct voltage or system voltage. The device is available in three designs. The version with reverting conductor allows the complete control of 3-phase motors. The control unit evaluates the signals of the connected sensors (max. 10). For instance it interrupts a conveyor belt manufacturer or changes its' running direction. The current state is indicated by two signal lights.

ICU INJECTOR CONTROL UNIT - EFS 8412
PRESENTATION
The 8412 module is designed for use with the ITB 234V test bed
enabling automatic analysis of diesel or gasoline jets via image
processing. It handles the injector driving by means of an Ipod power
module, as well as driving the industrial camera, the fog extraction system
and the light sources (professional laser or strobe).
USE
The ICU system provides the TTL command signals for driving an injector and the equipment necessary for image acquisition. It must be accompanied by an additional power module adapted to the injector to be driven. For this, EFS offers the IPOD modules for solenoid and piezo-electric injectors.
Injector driving
The ICU system drives the injector with a temporal resolution of 0.1 µs. It can handle from 1 to 10 injections per revolution at frequencies of between 0.1 and 10 Hertz.
It can run in two modes :
- « Signal generation » mode
The driving is based on the injection parameters entered by the user from the supervision PC. The injector command can be inhibited while allowing other signals to be generated thus enabling the calibration of the vision centre without injections.
- « One shot » mode
The ICU module receives external information (an impulse on a logical input) on the START input which synchronizes the execution of a single injection cycle (one motor revolution). |

These automatic speed controllers are fully digital and control the rotational speed of single phase (230Vac/50Hz) voltage controllable motors according to temperature.
TEDS controllers can be used in ventilation and in heating applications and provide a great number of user adjustable options. All data is visualized on a liquid-crystal display (LCD), presented by user friendly and intuitive multilanguage menus. The parameters can be set through 4-button keypad (supplied with a lock function). There are user-installer priorities set by passwords. The temperature range is from 5 to 35 °C (standard).
TEDS controllers provide auto and manual operation modes, possibility for calibration and input adjusting, additional professional remote control input (heat/cool - day/night switching), kickstart with programmable time duration, min and max speed limitations, off level with adjustable hysteresis, digital
readout, TK protection, internal real-time clock with two level switching (day/night), outputs for cock (230 V)and slave/power units (0-10 V). Temperature sensor suppliers TES-55-150R is included.
The proportional range can vary between 2 and 30 °C. When the current range is insufficient (connection of several motors), the power module ERV10 can be used as a slave controller. |
