CONTROL UNIT TPU-A3
The TPU-A3 control unit manages and controls all functions of paired eTensil brushless electric screwdrivers with integrated torque transducer and hall-angle sensors. Torque and angle are detected electronically to ensure process traceability and inline verification.

MAIN CAPABILITIES
  • In-process torque adjustments via the operator panel.
  • End-of-cycle display: detected TORQUE, measured ANGLE, OK/NOK status and tightening TIME.
  • Process anomaly detection (e.g. stripped threads, pre-tightened screws) by monitoring cycle parameters.
  • Remote control and communication with PLCs or external devices.
  • Poka Yoke functionality to verify presence of elastic gaskets, rubber elements or similar during assembly.
  • Phase and system status reporting for integration into production lines.
