CONTROL UNIT TPU-C3 – ADVANCED MODEL
TPU-C3 is a power and control unit designed for Industry 4.0 tightening processes. It manages eTensil brushless screwdrivers and nutrunner motors with torque/angle control by measuring motor current for torque and integrated Hall sensors for angle.

• In-process torque and angle adjustment via the operator panel
• End-of-cycle display: OK/NOK status, detected angle value, tightening time and torque values
• Process anomaly detection (e.g. stripped threads, pre-tightened screws) by monitoring tightening time and parameters
• Remote control and communication with PLCs and external devices
• Poka Yoke verification for critical joints (presence of gaskets, rubber elements, etc.)
• Integration with production-line equipment: clamping jigs, accessory selectors, screw-vacuum pick-and-place systems

SMART FUNCTIONS

• SMART SPEED: two-phase tightening — high speed to a set angle, then switch to predefined speed for accuracy
• S.R.O. (Smart Range Optimizer): auto-identifies optimal final speed range based on set torque and screwdriver model; operator can select optimal speed within that range
