Description

STRAIGHT ELECTRIC SCREWDRIVER WITH TORQUE/ANGLE CURRENT CONTROL

Designed and manufactured by Fiam in Italy, is a handheld brushless electric screwdriver for industrial assembly lines. Torque is deduced from motor current measurement while angle is measured by integrated Hall sensors. Torque and angle parameters can be adjusted during assembly through the connected power/control unit (TPU-C1 or TPU-C3).

Ergonomics & safety
The lever start requires only 9 N activation force to reduce operator fatigue. The reversible button also serves as a multifunction programming key with signaling LEDs. The ambidextrous ergonomic grip is designed for smaller hands, coated with soft insulating material and positioned for easy centering at the fastening point.

Pick & Place readiness
Front predisposition for mounting a screw suction head (ordered separately). Compatible with SSU vacuum pump for Pick & Place integration.
