CONTROL UNIT TPU-C1TPU-C1 is an Industry 4.0 control unit designed to manage electric brushless eTensil screwdrivers and nutrunner motors with torque/angle control. Torque is inferred from motor current and angle from integrated Hall sensors, enabling precise, connected tightening processes.

SMART FUNCTIONS- SMART THREAD: handles self-threading, self-tapping and self-drilling screws or cases where final torque is lower than thread-forming torque
- SMART SPEED: two-phase tightening strategy — high speed until set angle, then predefined speed for accuracy
- S.R.O. (Smart Range Optimizer): analyzes set torque and suggests an optimal final speed range per screwdriver model to prevent over-torque and improve cycle reliability
PROGRAMMING - SMART PRO EVOAdditional configurable functions and advanced setup are available via the SMART PRO EVO software tool.
