Description:
The Twin-Temp combined bimetal thermometer offers two measuring systems in one instrument. A bimetal thermometer displays the measured values on site, while the integrated Pt100 resistance sensor provides an electrical signal for further processing.

This range of instruments includes indicating and controlling thermometers using the gas expansion principle.
The measuring principle relies on the fact that a non toxic gas expands with increasing temperature. The resulting increase of pressure in a closed system produces a pointer deflection directly proportional to the change in temperature.
SIKA precision dial thermometers with gas filling are produced in accordance with DIN EN 13190 class 1.
Gas filled instruments have a minimum bulb diameter of 6 mm subject of course to the length of immersion.
Exact measuring results obtained by a ambient temperature between -25 and +60°C.
SIKA precision dial thermometers cover the ranges between -60 and + 600°C.

BAC Series Bimetallic
U.S. Gauge offers 3" and 5" heavy duty, industrial bimetallic thermometers with a 90º back angle, rear threaded union connection design. These thermometers, with 316 stainless steel wetted parts, are rugged and commonly used in industrial, pulp and paper, food and beverage processing, HVAC, and OEM applications.
BOTC Series Bimetallic
U.S. Gauge offers 3" and 5" heavy duty, industrial bimetallic thermometers with a threaded union connection and straight form design. These thermometers, with 316 stainless steel wetted parts, are rugged and commonly used in industrial and OEM applications.
BACO Series Bimetallic
U.S. Gauge offers 2" heavy duty, industrial bimetallic thermometers with a standard rear 1/4-18 NPT connection. These thermometers, with 304 stainless steel construction, are rugged and commonly used in light industrial and OEM applications. The thermometers may be silicone filled for additional vibration dampening.

Ashcroft® bimetal thermometers are manufactured at an ISO 9001 certified facility in Stratford, CT to ASME B40.3 Grade A accuracy of 1% of span. The Ashcroft® bimetal thermometers come in 2", 3" and 5" dial sizes and in Farenheight, Celcius or dual scale ranges. Various configurations are offered with hermetically sealed cases such as lower, rear or everyangle connections with a tamper proof case or an external adjustment, depending on your needs. Standard stem lengths range from 2 1/2 through 24 inches while non-standard stem lengths up to 60 inches can be custom made. Trained product specialists are available to assist in the selection of thermowells for applications where the bimetal stem will be exposed to pressure, velocity or corrosive fluids.
