BEUMER is one of the leading suppliers of bucket elevators and has done pioneering work in the field of high-capacity bucket industrial elevator technology.
The development of high-quality steel cables and the corresponding professional beltclamps suppliers and bucket mountings make sure that today high-capacity belt bucket elevators for conveying heights of 200 m and material flows of 2,000 m³/h and more can be realized.
BEUMER high-capacity chain bucket elevators are equipped with hardened, double-stranded round link chains with good wear resistance.
BEUMER high-capacity central chain bucket elevators are equipped with a stamped, single- or double-stranded chain, which are extremely wear-resistant due to extra-deep hardening of the wear surfaces, guaranteeing superior service life.
Both chain and belt bucket elevators have proven reliability in thousands of installations under the most difficult and even extreme operating conditions. For particular operational requirements, special bucket elevator designs are available.
This model complements our line of standard elevators. Its strong points are its flexibility, its low noise level and its gentleness on the finish of the parts.
The plates used in these elevators can be constructed from various materials depending on the parts which are being conveyed.
Parts sorting can be accomplished using a linear vibratory or a supplier of belt conveyor feed track. Misoriented parts which do not make it through sensitive equipment can be carried back to the sorter or put back in the professional hopper.
When the load volume is too high, the professional elevator is stopped by a control cell.
Elévators
• Transport by metallic chain for metal parts.
• Transport by plastic chain (optional synthetic coating for caplets, capsules and light materials).
• Transport by professional belt (special grade by request) for filling vials/bottles, food packaging, etc.
Handling device allowing the vertical transfer of loads between two levels. The loading of the totes in the device is synchronously made, when soft carriages take place. The unloading is made when those carriages wrap themselves up. The generated relative movement allows also the loads moving on a receipt conveyor. The loadings and unloadings can be made either on the same side (C version) or on two opposite sides (Z version). This device is also available in stainless steel version for clean environments like food industries.
