The GP-IP(USB)FL can connect a measuring instrument to a USB port on your PC via GPIB communication. One of the major features of this product is a simple look as it can connect them using a general USB cable in place of a GPIB cable. As the product itself is a USB device, you can easily and quickly install it on your PC. This means you can use the product to enable GPIB communication even from a notebook PC with no expansion board slot or a space-saving PC with few expansion slots via IEEE-48. The product supports USB 2.0 to enable communication at high speed (a maximum of 480 Mbps). The product is bus-powered from the USB port and thus requires no external power dispensing, resulting in its compact design and best suited for use in a narrow space with a small number of wall outlets available.
