INA monorail guidance systems are compact linear guidance systems with high rigidity and load carrying capacity, supplied in complete form as standard and based on either rollers or balls. These guidance systems can support loads from all directions – apart from the direction of motion – and moments about all axes. They are available in various accuracy and preload classes and are therefore suitable for applications with high guidance and positioning requirements.
Monorail guidance systems are part of a modular concept, i.e. within one size, guideways can be combined with all carriage types. This means more economical stockholding, simplified fitting and more rapid replacement parts sourcing.
In order to reduce maintenance costs, monorail guidance systems have a lubricant reservoir. All-round sealing of the carriages protects the rolling element systems from contamination even under demanding environmental conditions.

The HS Series Hardened Way is offered in seven standard slide widths; 7, 9, 12, 15, 18 , 24 and 32" in base lengths up to 120" (3m) and saddle lengths to 96" (2.4m). These slides are available in standard and custom models and factory assembled. Hardened way slides are commonly used for stand alone machines, shuttle devices, and general feeding applications.

Bellows
Arnold bellows offer safe protection for both people and machinery. These are the products to soke your problems - in which material, stability and shape can be individually customised.
If the bellows will be subjected to high mechanical stress and strain, the telescopic covers provide safe protection even at high processing speeds. Due to our patented mounting system, the telescopic covers will either be flexibly mounted or connected with the bellows without the use of adhesive materials under consistent counter pressure, if required and can also be coolant-compatible, if this is desired.

Complementary to the popular and proven PRT Ring Slides & Track System, DTS is a fully integrated belt-driven track system, and includes a couple of ingenious features amongst its many 'reduced engineering' attributes.
Available in either rectangular or oval format and in two rail sizes (25 and 44), DTS can be supplied as a stand-alone unit in conjunction with the MCS Machine Construction System, or as a sub-assembly on its own bespoke mounting plate. A steel-reinforced timing belt drives an unlimited number of carriages via adjustable pulleys under either continuous or intermittent motion.
Optional features include the Trip Latch mechanism, which disengages the drive from individual carriages which may become impeded, saving the system from damage. Also the Carriage Locking System will be particularly useful during intermittent motion. It locks any number of carriages into a fixed and repeatable position for further operations to take place.
A range of control and sensing operations are available, and the system may be specified with a plain output shaft, fitted AC Geared Motors, or a range of gearboxes for customers' own motors to be added.

The automatic adjustable product guiding system provides a flexible way to add fast width adjustment for conveyors in a production line.
The system offers quick and easy automatic resetting of product guiding systems in production flows. The effect is increased line efficiency and safe product distribution throughout the line.
The system has a modular design and consists of guide units for the guiding, controls for the control of the guide units and junction boxes for power supply. The system can be linked to the line control system and one control box can control up to 220 guide units.
