Pilot-operated check valves of the series CP allow free flow in one direction.
The counter-flow direction is blocked. By applying the pilot pressure, the poppet can be lifted from its seat against the pressure. Thus flow in the counter-direction is also possible. There are 1 and 2 stage poppets available with pilot ratios of 1 : 5 and 1 : 40, to suit different operating conditions.

The check and pre-fill valves type F utilize a spring pre-loaded valve head.
The check valves type F enable free flow in one direction and block the flow in the opposite direction.
This valve is used as a high flow valve (check valve with hydraulic release) in top ram presses for quickly draining and replenishing press cylinders during opening and closing in rapid traverse mode. The smaller sizes may be equipped with a pre-reliefe device as an option to prevent pressure surges during decompression (high volume and high pressure surge).

INTRODUCTION
One-way valve for in-line use.
Suitable for any type of hydraulic system using
liquids that are not highly viscous. The standard
types are in zinc plated carbon steel and are
therefore especially suitable for non-corrosive mineral
based oils and liquids.
FEATURES
Standard types: Good pressure / flow characteristics, see graphs. Valve body in zinc plated carbon steel. Piston in carbon steel. Internal spring in silicon steel - stabilized. Cracking points 5 psi and 65 psi are standard,
other values on request.
ALTERNATIVE USES
As a pressure sequence valve by changing the
internal spring to an appropriate 'cracking point' value.
For flow restrictor check valves a central bleed hole
can be provided, sized to customer requirements.

The Classic Lee Chek is offered in three basic configurations:
o Ø 0.187 and a 0.250 inch diameter axial flow ball-type designed for 3,000 psi systems and available screened and unscreened, forward and reverse flowing.
o Ø 0.187 and a 0.343 inch diameter with convenient side exit porting and enhanced silt resistance. The 0.187 inch diameter is available screened and unscreened, with forward flow only for 4,000 psi systems. The 0.343 inch diameter is available unscreened, with reverse flow only for 5000 psi systems.
o And Ø 0.187 inch diameter Zero Leak, poppet-style, axial flow design with a choice of three different elastomers. Available screened and unscreened, forward and reverse flowing for 3000 psi systems.

Check valves are poppet style elements that allow free flow in one direction while preventing flow in the reverse direction. They can be used to isolate portions of a hydraulic circuit or to provide a free flow path around a restrictive valve.
Types:
Nose to Side Checks
Soft Seal Check Valve
