The HF25 Series controls address the challenges of microjoining. Miniature welds are highly sensitive to small heat profile fluctuations in the resistance splicer process. Overheating deforms and destroys parts, while under heating results in a weak, unacceptable bond. To achieve consistent, reliable welds of small to microminiature parts, precisely controlled heating is required. This necessitates superior control of the energy output.

Sumitomo HF430 AC Drive incorporate a three-drives-in-one design philosophy. Simple V/F control allows a 10:1 constant torque speed range and is suitable for many applications. Switch to Sensorless Vector (SLV) contol by simply changing a parameter value. SLV control offers a 120:1 constant torque speed range and ฑ0.5% speed regulation.
Closed-Loop Vector (CLV) control is available by installing a low-cost professional encoder feedback card and changing a parameter value. Of course, the motor must be equipped with a suitable encoder. CLV control dramatically improves performance. A 1000:1 constant torque speed range with ฑ0.05% speed regulation can be achieved. In addition, Closed-Loop vector control can produce full torque at zero speed, if necessary.
HF430 Industrial ac drives are available from 1/2 to 75 HP, 200-240V and 1 to 75 HP, 380-480V and are suitable for 50 Hz or 60 Hz operation.

Variable speed transmission assembled on engine: TECHNOVAR.
the TECHNOVAR is a frequency converter which adapts on all the standardized standard engines. It is fixed on the top, side ventilator to be cooled. Simple to implement, it allows a variation speed to obtain a flow with constant pressure or a variable pressure with constant flow with a high degree of accuracy of adjustment. The parameter setting is easy and the visualization of the data is done locally on screen with liquid industrial crystals. Very useful to optimize the operation of the supplier of centrifugal pumps with substantial energy saving on the installations of overpressure, treatment of water, heating, air-conditioning or of systems of filtration or opposite osmosis.
