The design of the SEAL-PLUSTM Restraining End delivers many proven features which contribute to both ease of installation and permanent, leak-free service. There's a proven wedge-shaped gasket, a Dresser benchmark for over 100 years. And a volume compensating spring washer that adjusts and maintains the gasket pressure, even at extremely low temperatures.
Visual verification of proper installation is attained through ottom-out tightening of the nut against the body. A color code on he insert verifies that it is properly sized for the wall thickness of he tubing on which it is being installed.

The ORION is designed to decorate Ø 28 mm bottle caps. Nevertheless, the concept is also suitable for other bottle cap sizes and/or cap shapes.
The standard caps of Ø 28 mm will have a max. output of ± 70 000 caps per hour in full colour. Each colour has its separate printing station and is designed to achieve an unequalled print quality. A varnish layer printing station can also be built in.
The main features of the ORION are fully automatic loading and ejection, surface pre-treatment, drying stations between the UV-printing stations.

We are pleased to inform you that TAMPOPRINT AG has extended its delivery programme by the successful further developments of the well proven 2-lane tampon printing machine types „Rotoprint“ and „Continua“. The extension of the „Rotoprint“ to 3 lanes allows an output of 150.-180.000 closures / h, printed with 1 to 3 colours and with a max. parts diameter of 26-32 mm. Closures with a diameter of 38-50 mm can be decorated with an output of up to 120.000 parts / h with 1 to 3 colours. The combination of the electro-mechanical drive by means of a toothed wheel and the use of only one printing cylinder (manufactured for a precise fitting on a rotary gravure laser) per ink unit lead to a perfect accuracy with an accordingly high machine efficiency. The advantage is first of all that only one cliché cylinder 100x150 mm per printing unit is needed and therefore the set-up costs remain low. Compared with the “Rotoprint”, on the 3-lane “Continua” it is possible to achieve a quality print with an output of more than 180.000 closures / h, using up to 5 colours. Both machine types have as a standard feature a new gas pretreatment which is automatically controlled depending on the printing speed and thereby achieve an optimum ink adhesion. After the cold air intermediate drying for both lines also the end drying can take place by means of gas. Optionally it is possible to integrate camera systems for the print image control. The components are fitted to our printing lines with a new sorting elevator that is gentle to the parts and colour-independent. The feeding of the closures takes place via gravitation, without mechanical damage and without air consumption.

Modular all-in-one system for personalizing plastic and paper cards.
Modular design is the main advantage of the Universys, which contains standardized separation, rotation, ink jet printing, hot stamping and stacker modules. A labeling module or a magnetic stripe coder can be added to handle special applications. The modular design enables users to quickly reconfigure the system and upgrade it at a later date, and it also gives them the flexibility to react without delay to changing market conditions.
The KBA-Metronic alphaJET C inkjet printer is suitable for single ABS, PVC,
paper and PET cards in landscape or portrait format. The hot stamping
module covers relevant data with a scratch-off film foil up to a maximum
of 400 mm2. It has a capacity of 7,200cards per hour.
The security covering system hides secret personal information from view.
