The hardened steel V-raceway allows for a high load capacity, rigidity and wear resistance. Our rail is constructed of light-weight aluminum partnered with hardened steel V-raceways that are mechanically inserted to create high contact loads and wear resistance; thereby lowering production and replacement costs. One of the most important features is the dramatic increase in system accuracy. With measurements taken down the entire 20’ section of the rail, current studies show the rails to be capable of holding ±0.001” from lot to lot and ±0.0005” within each lot!

The TLR is part of the precision roller-bearing based linear rail family of products. This product is ideally suited to high-tech applications demanding telescopics with precise motorized movement and requiring constant smooth sliding performance with no play.
The Intermediate element comprises an S-shaped profile to which the roller units are fixed. The height of this element confers high load carrying capacity. MR rails with profiled convex roller tracks constitute the extending elements.
The rollers are precision engineered to make contact with the rail on three points (as opposed to the usual two points of contact achieved between ball-bearings and thir associated ball track, being one element that confer high rigidity vs lateral forces as well as vertical.
The slider roller units are produced in pairs, one pair of which is fitted with rollers that are self-aligning. This reduces the accuracy of engineering required on the equipment onto which the slides are to be mounted, making these linear slider products a highly cost effective means of achieving a precision engineered sliding system.
The roller design ensures smooth extension and very high levels of movement accuracy even in applications needeing variable telescopic strokes, where traditional ball-bearing based drawer slide technology encounters friction based breakdowns due to ball cage rephasing.
The load carrying capcity stated for each slide pair is based on the maximum dynamic load that can be carried. This is a more onerous test than for most ball bearing slides where load capcity is based on the maxium static load that can be carried.

We developed the FORMULA-S to survive the most difficult situations: high acceleration/deceleration, rapid oscillation, vertical installation, etc. "Cage Creep" need no longer be a factor in the design of high dynamic motion systems. Designers can still use crossedroller bearings in linear-motor driven axes. FORMULA-S for Retrofit The FORMULA-S dimensions correspond to the DIN norm. It can easily replace crossed roller bearings in existing designs and avoid all cage migration problems.

Glides instead of rolling!
DryLin® - linear bearings operate on glide pads unlike the common recirculating ball bearing systems. Tests conducted over the years have shown that the used materials iglidur® J, J 200 and X are the ideal materials for most linear applications due to their positive properties in wear and friction.
DryLin® linear bearing systems are designed for the dry operation. Your applications are therewith protected against soiling by grease or oil. In contrast to recirculating ball bearings, the DryLin® bearings do not depend on the travel length and hence do not pose any conditions on the minimum stroke length.

CURVILINE: ...the rail which goes “straight” to the solution!
ROLLON’s CURVILINE is the cost effective linear solution for applications with linear movement that isn’t always strictly linear. It is a custom solution made according to your application’s needs.
The system is composed of one or more sliders and a zinc-plated rail. The sliders have multiple radial ball bearings mounted to them providing the movement and carrying the load.
Two versions are available: one with a constant radius, and one with a variable radius which can be composed of both straight and curved sections.
Each version has its own specific slider which is designed to uniformly follow the rail without modification to its preload. All sliders have radial ball bearings which are lubricated for life and offer long life due to their hardened raceways.

All installation and connection dimensions are in accordance with the DIN standard 645-2. The type designation of the individual products refers to the rail width in mm (e.g., MN 14 = rail width 14 mm). The design of the running tracks is based on the proprietary SCHNEEBERGER know-how. An interchangeability of rail and carriages exists within the MINIRAIL ranges.

INA monorail guidance systems are compact linear guidance systems with high rigidity and load carrying capacity, supplied in complete form as standard and based on either rollers or balls. These guidance systems can support loads from all directions – apart from the direction of motion – and moments about all axes. They are available in various accuracy and preload classes and are therefore suitable for applications with high guidance and positioning requirements.
Monorail guidance systems are part of a modular concept, i.e. within one size, guideways can be combined with all carriage types. This means more economical stockholding, simplified fitting and more rapid replacement parts sourcing.
In order to reduce maintenance costs, monorail guidance systems have a lubricant reservoir. All-round sealing of the carriages protects the rolling element systems from contamination even under demanding environmental conditions.

Linear guidance systems with linear recirculating ball bearing units comprise ball bearing units, carriages and guideways. They allow large support distances, have adjustable clearance and are to standard accuracy class G3.
The full complement bearing units run on one or both sides of the guideways and, despite their small dimensions, have high load carrying capacity. If the bearing units are screw mounted in carriages, together with the guideways they form four-row linear recirculating ball bearing and guideway assemblies. The ball bearing units are sealed on all sides by the wipers on the end faces and on the sealing strips which form a gap seal in conjunction with the guideway. Linear recirculating ball bearing units can be relubricated.

Where linear locating or non-locating bearings with extremely high load carrying capacity and very smooth running are required for limited stroke lengths, flat cage guidance systems can be used. The guidance systems have extremely high rigidity, high accuracy and low friction and require significantly less space than other linear guidance systems.
Flat cage guidance systems comprise a guideway arrangement separated by flat cages containing needle rollers, cylindrical rollers or balls.
