Tiltable medium frequency melting system for up to 50 kg ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Water cooled. The crucible of silicon carbide is heated up inductively and this way also non-conductive materials can be melted. Our offer includes gas, tilting bath furnaces, BTG type, and shaft and bath furnaces, GRD type, assigned for melting and holding of liquid aluminium and its alloys at maximal temperature up to 1100°C. We also offer electric bath furnaces, PWE and EZS type, assigned for holding of liquid aluminium alloys at maximal temperature up to 900oC , measured in the furnace chamber. They are adapted to run with permanent mould casting machines and injection moulding machines and provide high production capacity and quality.
