PRODUCT INFORMATION
MSE’s lift bottom furnaces are ideal for dental ceramic firing and glass melting applications up to 1800°C. The lift bottom design raise sample to inside the furnace without any lid. The product is raised to the furnace with the base of the elevator mechanism without lid on the front surface. Homogeneous temperature distribution is provided by heating elements placed in the cubic furnace chamber.
The biggest advantage of the elevator furnaces is the easy placement of the sample with the up-down moving base, the easily refractory changes without any technical service for damage to the base refractory such as glass shedding or product melting, better protection of the heating elements and less exposure of the user to high temperature compared to the lid models.
