Lake Monitors’ new FlowStat ES/Economy Series Sensor offers accurate flow measuring, several electronic outputs, and durable polypropylene construction for cost savings and compatibility with a variety of fluids used in many process control applications.
The FlowStat ES Sensor offers a flow measuring range of 0.5 – 15 GPM and an accuracy of +/- 2% of full scale. It is also capable of handling pressures up to 150 PSIG and temperatures up to 150º F. This ability, coupled with its rugged polypropylene construction, makes the FlowStat ES ideal for chemical batching, chiller, HVAC and factory automation applications.
A new addition to Lake’s popular FlowStat® line, the ES Sensor offers 4-20 mA, 0-5VDC, pulse or relay outputs. The circuitry is hermetically encapsulated to ensure performance in the harshest environments. A “snap-in” lock ring allows for easy cleaning and maintenance without removing the sensor from the piping. As with most of its products, Lake backs the FlowStat ES with a 5-year warranty.

Rototron RRI
The sensor consists of a rotor vane that is rotated by the spped of the flowing medium. The speed of rotation is proportional to the volume flow per unit time. The rotation of the rotor is detektiert by a inductive sensor.
