SC 450, NEW CIRCULAR SAW WITH TILTING BLADE FROM CASADEI
SC 450 is the new circular saw from CASADEI, a well known and long-established company which boasts broad experience in the woodworking machines field.
Simple, fast and precise SC 450 is offered as a solution either for demanding professional woodworkers or for small to medium industries.
The CASADEI SC 450 circular saw mounts a brand new sliding table with a sliding system running on ground and hardened steel guides, fixed through a mechanical bending system where no glue is used. The on-off switches for the blades can be integrated, as option, into the sliding table end: this guarantees a more functional use, especially during the panel loading operations.
The sliding table can be locked in any position along its length.
Furthermore the sliding table mounts a large-size squaring frame supporting work pieces, which is easy to remove in case of smaller size work pieces machining.
The SC 450 is equipped with a new cast iron saw unit, which slides vertically on smooth and precise round bars system.
The saw unit can tilt up to 45° on two solid cast iron trunnions, in the shape of a crescent.
The main blade maximum cutting height is up to 150 mm, even for solid wood machining, and can cut at 3 speeds: 2500-3500-5000 revolutions per minute.
Upon request, this CASADEI machine can be equipped with an electronic programmer controlling all the axis:
- saw blade lifting and tilting
- parallel fence adjusting
- scoring blade lifting and alignment |

The new saw unit is made of a strong cast-iron structure. It is tightly fixed under the table and can be tilted by means of two side supports (trunnions): these solutions grant sturdiness, rigidity and a perfect cutting result. Furthermore, on request, the unit can be equipped with scoring unit for an optimal cutting even on upgraded panels. The sliding table is made from extruded anodised aluminium with a closed, honeycomb structure. The carriage runs on an exclusive slideway system consisting of guides made from calibrated and hardened F550SX steel. The spindle moulder unit is designed to provide the maximum stability and rigidity under all working conditions. Top performance features include: a large-size, cast-iron moulder spindle; a large distance (230 mm) between the two bearings on the moulder spindle; the possibility to mount tools at a minimum distance (5 mm) from the first bearing. |

Finn-Power L6 laser brings sophistication in high-speed laser cutting onto a new level, creating enhanced production with superior speed, accuracy, and part quality. L6 has been designed by using innovative linear drive motor technology to allow maximum speeds, even in small notches or narrow contours. Finn-Power provides previously unseen high-speed performance with regard to machining dynamics, contour accuracy, and process safety. Finn-Power L6 will process sheet sizes up to 1565 mm x 3074 mm.
