The new air operated pinch valves- Type VMP Compact
The compact pinch valves were developed for the automatic shutt off and dosing of several bulk and solids, for example: powder, granule, paste, suspensions, pellets and fibrous medium.
Furthermore the VMP-Compact valves get used for the shut off of dust or compressed air.
The air operated pinch valves of the series VMP-Compact are available in seven diameters, (DN010-DN050) with standard internal pipe thread according to DIN ISO 228 or NPT and optional specifications.
A selection of three different materials made in POM (Polyoxymethylen) allows the VMP-compact pinch valves to be used on food (POM nature white) and outdoor (POM black) applications, also available in POM conductive for ex-areas (EX).
Reduced weight, low maintenance, easy to re-sleeve and very cost effective are just a few of the new VMP pinch valve advantages.

Larox PVEG is a new pinch valve designed especially for waste treatment plant and other light slurry lines. The body material is polyamide blend, which makes the valve body very light, durable and cost effective. Larox PVEG has standard face to face ANSI B16 dimensions so it can easily be used as replacement to ball, plug and diaphragm valves. Currently Larox PVEG is supplied with handwheel for working pressure up to 10 bar. The available valve sizes are 50mm, 80mm, 100mm and 150mm.

The Series 9000 high-pressure manual pinch valve is designed with ANSI Class 300 flange drilling. The heavy-duty elastomer sleeves are reinforced with high strength nylon, polyester fabrics, or Kevlar® material. Several heavy-duty sleeve designs are available. The elastomer sleeve will close even on solids, and the flexing action of the sleeve eliminates the possibility of scaling. Two heavy-duty pinch bars close the sleeve. All valve working parts are isolated from the process by the sleeve. Combining these features with a sealed body design and no packing to maintain, results in a simple, rugged, no-hang-up, maintenance-free valve.

The Series 75 manually operated pinch valve is the number-one selling pinch valve in the world today. The Series 75 is a reliable, maintenance-free, cost-effective valve designed for tough slurries, abrasives, and corrosive-chemical applications. The Series 75 full port design eliminates any dead spots or crevices, seats or bearings where slurry can hang up and impair operation or even cause complete valve failure.

The 710PTNM is engineered for precise dispensing of semi-viscous liquids including metered and mixed two-part component fluids and volatile cyanoacrylates. The only part of the pinch tube valve making contact with the fluid being dispensed is the disposable pinch tube assembly.
Features
• Disposable pinch tubes minimize maintenance
• Designed for low viscosity fluids
• Ideal for two-part epoxies and cyanoacrylates

Both of our inline pinch valves offer a smooth internal profile suitable for powders, granules, slurries, liquids and gases in gravity, pressure and vacuum conveying ducts and pipelines. They are easily installed and require minimal maintenance. The hand operated anvil type piston closes a reinforced rubber sleeve by pinching it, while compressed air or suitable fluid accomplishes a bubble-tight seal on a heavy duty elastomer sleeve in the pneumatic version.

Introduced and patented by Red Valve, the air -actuated Type A Pinch Valve offers a unique, cost-effective solution to flow control problems. More Red Valve Type A Valves are in use than any other Pinch Valve throughout the world. The secret is in the rubber sleeve - the valve’s only wetted part.
Actuation of the valve, the pinching action is accomplished by air or hydraulic pressure placed on the sleeve. The valve body acts as a built-in actuator, eliminating costly pneumatic, hydraulic, or electric actuators. Adding air pressure within the annular space between the body and the sleeve can open, throttle, or close the valve.

Pneumatic pinch valves provide reliable flow control whenever a source of compressed gas is available. They typically have slower actuation times but higher pinching forces than solenoid valves, making them ideal for industrial dispensing, bulk fluid transfer, and vacuum operations.

Red Valve Pinch Valves are able to outlast conventional metal valve designs because of the unmatched abrasion resistance of our elastomer sleeves. The sleeve is the heart of every Pinch Valve, providing the valve lining, flange gaskets, and seating surface all in one. Since the sleeve is the only wetted part of the valve, there is no need for expensive metal alloys to be used in the body of the valve. This design also eliminates fugitive emissions, and the packing and seats that are responsible for most valve maintenance. And since the sleeve is the only wetted part, it is also the only replacement part. The sleeve is constructed much like a heavy-duty truck tire, with bias-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber providing the structural support of the sleeve.

The operating principle of these solenoid valve is basically different from the one of the other series. The pinching device is moved by a solenoid operator and cuts off the fluid by pinching or releasing a tubing in soft silicon (or other soft material) . The fluid can flow in either direction with a high rate of flow, without turbulences and without dead spaces.
Thus, pinch solenoid valves can control all the fluids that are compatible with the tubing material, protecting them from all contamination, including temperature changes. These characteristics, plus the fact that the tubings are extremely easy to install and replace, make this solenoid valve suitable for a wide variety of applications particularly the control of physiological, medical and food fluids.
Also for these series 2/2 or 3/2 normally closed or open are available plus miniaturised version and latching models. All models are silenced.

The new ODE pinch solenoid valves range for fluid compatible with the tube material preservs them from each contamination, including temperature changes. The new ODE pinch range is suitable for a wide variety of applications, particularly the control of physiological, medical and food fluids.

Solenoid pinch valves use a current passing through a solenoid to induce a magnetic field, which then supplies force to a magnetic plunger. Pinching functionality is achieved by integrating an actuator and a pinching mechanism into a single unit. The pinching mechanism captures the tubing and provides a fixed pinching surface; the actuator generates forces that act on a sliding plunger to pinch the tubing. A spring typically supplies the force in one direction, while the actuator produces an opposing force.
Common applications for solenoid pinch valves are in the medical, pharmaceutical, and laboratory industries.

This valve types shut of the flow of any medium without turbolences and don't build any death spaces where the medium can stagnate. This system allows a bi-directional flow. The opening and closing action is a made by coil operated pinching device with squeezes a soft hose. This feature enables the use of this valve in steril physiologic and laimentary applications. The maximum operating pressure (about 1 bar) is related to hose material and thickness.
- Valve normally closed (NC).
- Pitching strenth: 180g - 1400g
- Flow medium: Gaseous and liquid media
