The Crawford 620 teledock, i.e. the dock leveler with a telescopic lip, is the universal and most flexible docking system. It is suitable for every loading situation regardless of its complexity. The main advantage compared to other levellers is the movable telescopic lip which can be precisely positioned on the vehicle bed, thus giving optimal load utilisation of the whole vehicle bed area. The Crawford 620 teledock meets all possible user demands and complies with the rules and regulations of the European EN 1398 Standard.
The Crawford 620 teledock technology has an optimized dock leveler systems regarding safety and user-friendliness. The Crawford 620 teledock can be positioned on the vehicle bed with an utmost precision. Even inaccurately docked vehicles do not cause any problems. Retracting tongues provide flexibility for different vehicle widths. In its parking position the lip is under the leveler platform. The telescopic lip is available either in steel or in aluminium

624 Isodock
Thermal separation gives low energy costs
Unlike conventional docking systems, the Crawford 624 isodock leveler is placed behind a well insulated sectional door. It is also thermetically sealed off from below, preventing cold or hot air access.
Save energy/ Save money!
With a temperature difference of 4 degree celcius between inside and outside your building we can proof that you can save 2 kWh with an Isodock solution in comparison with a standard docking bay that means if you have an energy cost of 0,1€/kWh, 0,2€ per hour per bay!
Tail lift access during dock-in
The Crawford 624 isodock design permits lowered vehicle tail lifts to enter below the construction - an important detail in interrupted loading and unloading processes.
Lorry impact forces absorbed by the building floor
Contrary to most insulated docking systems, the Crawford 624 isodock is designed in such a way that impact forces from docking vehicles are absorbed by the building floor. The frostproof foundation is separated from the building floor just by a gap for housing the sectional door - not as a separate building construction. Complicated building arrangements can be avoided.
Scientifically proved energy savings
Studies made by the Institute of Thermodynamics at Hanover University show that Crawford 624 isodock, compared to conventional docking systems, creates huge energy savings. Ask us for a personal calculation

C.L.M. ramps for steel tracks are designed to support weights from 2,500 Kg up to 28,600 Kg.
C.L.M. produces patented ramps designed for loading and unloading machines with steel tracks. The range comprises 5 versions, built in 35 standard types.
They consist of beams with dove-tail guides carrying aluminium slats of two kinds (thick and thin), arranged to create a series of steps against which the track chains can grip.
These slats protect the ramps’ load-bearing structure; since steel is harder than aluminium, they are subject to wear but they can be easily replaced.

Rubber-lined ramps for compacting rollers
To be able to load compacting rollers using ramps, C.L.M. has designed a set of edgeless aluminium ramps where the surface on which the roller runs is completely lined with rubber strips to improve adherence of the roller drum to the rubber-lined surface.
Loading ramps for compacting rollers must be chosen based on standard parameters, being the actual weight of the vehicle to be loaded – vehicle wheel base – height of truck bed etc. … but particular importance is also to be given to the slope angle.
You can usually consider a standard slope angle of 30% , which corresponds to a ratio of 1 to 3 between the loading height and the length of the ramps (1 meter in height of the truck bed – 3 meters in length of the ramps). A ratio of 1 to 4 is recommended for compacting rollers (1 meter in height of the truck bed – 4 meters in length of the ramps) in order to reduce the strain on the roller when climbing the ramp and consequently preventing it from slipping.

Loading ramps - electro-hydraulic platforms
Designed to compensate any differences in height between the loading docks and the differing truck load platform heights, KOPRON ramps are planned and built in compliance with existing EEC regulations. KOPRON carries out thorough calculations on the nominal carrying capacity and strict qualitative choice of the accessories and electrical and pneumatic components to make sure that our ramps can resist to harsh handling, knocking and overloading. They are very easy to operate and operator-friendly and each control panel comes with a detailed instructions manual.
KOPRON ramps can satisfy even the most diverse demands and come in a wide range of models:
- platform ramps
- telescopic ramps
- pantograph ramps
- bunk ramps
- counterbalanced drawbridge ramps (in Fe and Al)
- removable projecting ramps (in Fe and Al)

DESCRIPTION:
Libratherm offers Microprocessor based Eight Zone PID Temperature indicator / Controller (Model PRC-8000)where accurate temperature control of multiple zone during Gradual Heating and Cooling is required. Each zone can be independently programmed for 16 steps of Ramp/Soak profile. Each loop parameters like PID, Hysteresis, Deviation Hold, Facility to skip unused channel etc can be programmed from the user-friendly front panel membrane keyboard.
PRC 8000 accepts 8 Thermocouples or RTD(Pt-100)3 wire inputs and can provide switching PID or ON/OFF Control output in the form of DC Pulses or SSR or relay to drive external load contactors. It can simultaneously provide 8 analog PID control outputs in the form of (4-20)mA or (0-5)volt, which can be used to control heater power through Thyristor power pack.
PRC-8000 is ideally suited for on line pre and post welding heat treatment cycle. Where the large size jobs are heated by local heating pads. Temperatures are sensed using 6 to 8 K type thermocouples fitted at different points. The common program is run for all inputs and to ensure the uniform heating cycle, the PRC-8000 offers special feature of common or individual deviation hold facility, thereby the guaranteed ramp/soak controlled is achieved. Libratherm offers ready to use panel with input/output and supply connections.
The serial interface of RS-485 in Modbus protocol is also available for operating the controller from remote computer, SCADA or DCS system.

These are advanced controls offering the ramp/soak programmability with PID control outputs.. It is possible to control the temperature as per the desired rate of heating / cooling with the required soaking time. Different models offers different features with the facility to program 1 to 10 patterns of sixteen ramp/soak steps, which can be permanently stored in the internal non-volatile memory. The controller accepts Thermocouple or Pt-100 or mV/mA signal as the input and provides control output in the form of DC pulse, 4-20mA, 0-5V etc.. to operate various control devices such as Relay, Contactors, Motorized valves, Thyristor power pack etc...
All the models are available with serial RS485 output on MODBUS protocol and can be hooked to the computer. The supporting window based software allows programming of controller through PC as well as for on-line monitoring and storage of ramp/soak heating cycles. These controllers can be customized with dedicated logic control for special purpose heat treatment applications such as hardening, annealing, tampering etc...
