Miniature Dampeners MC 9 to MC 75
ACE Miniature Shock Absorbers are self-contained hydraulic units. The MC 9 to MC 75 model range has a very short overall length and low return force. Its small size allows for high energy absorption in confined spaces, while the wide effective weight ranges accommodate a variety of load conditions. With threaded outer bodies and multiple accessories, MC models can be mounted in numerous configurations.
Applications include: small linear professional slides, material handling and packaging equipment, small robotics, office and medical equipment, as well as instrumentation.

The last thing you need in production are production outages, machine damage and increased maintenance costs. Wherever masses are set in motion, such risks can be minimised only if the deceleration of the moved masses is uniform and linear across the whole deceleration distance. Only if this requirement is met, may the solution be referred to as the optimum solution. The Hänchen industrial shock absorbents meet this requirement!
The Hänchen industrial shock absorbers compared to standard absorber elements show’s this clearly: The Hänchen industrial shock absorber (4) decelerates the mass across the whole deceleration distance at a constant braking force. It absorbs the mass gently and decelerates uniformly across the whole stroke. This results in a constant, linear characteristic curve and reduces the stress on the machine to a minimum.
Compared to common absorber elements, such as hydraulic braking cylinders (1), spring buffers (2) and air buffers (3), Hänchen industrial shock absorbers reduce the load on the machine by up to 80%, reduces the deceleration time by up to 70% and can increase the production rate by up to 100%. |

Shock absorbers manufacturers decelerate loads smoothly and securely using the least possible force and in the shortest time, enabling significantly higher cycle times in automated operations.
