Overview
LEBEN’s KL-Type is a hydraulic industrial shock absorber with mechanical spring return (COMPENSER®) engineered for light machinery and compact installations. The KL series features a low retracting-force spring suitable for slow, creep-speed approaches and offers a very short design with high buckling resistance.

• Pallet truck fall protection during uncontrolled lowering

Design & Function
The piston rod enters the pressure chamber together with the piston. During impact the damping medium flows through control grooves in the outer tube via the piston into the volume compensation chamber. The return spring is tensioned and, after impact, pushes the piston rod back to its initial position while the damping medium flows back into the pressure chamber. The KL-Type uses low-viscosity COMPENSOL® as damping medium and provides a mechanical spring return (COMPENSER®).
