Weston circular screen separator has been produced for more than 40 years and stand out for its high screen efficiency, strength and reliability. These are the main qualities that makes Weston sieve the most sold and required sieve from our customers.
It segregates solids from liquids or dry material into various particle sizes ranging from 51 mm to 0,033 mm (400 mesh).
It is particularly utilized in food, chemical and pharmaceutical industry and in all sectors of application where the sieve need to be used on several product lines.
Easy to install, can separate particles in 2 to 3 sizes with up to 2 screen decks incorporated in one separator.
Main characteristics:
- screen frames can be changed quickly and easily (change activity requires 1 minute);
- screen can be equipped with various cleaning system as: everclean, starbrush and the innovative ultrasonic cleaning system;

With the sieve shaker AS 450 RETSCH have designed their first siever for 400 mm and 450 mm sieves which operates with a three-dimensional sieving motion. It can be used for dry and wet sieving. The optimized electromagnetic drive allows for an amplitude up to 2.2 mm which renders the separation process much more effective than with other sieve shakers of this type.
