Pizzato Elettrica has designed and patented new accessories to install the rope of safety switches suppliers faster and to obtain an aesthetically more pleasant system.
The new accessories, in comparison with the traditional fixing system through carpentry material, have the following advantages:
%u2022 The installation is faster because only one screw is used for the fastening of every rope extremity, and the parts are prepared to ease the installation. Some practical tests have pointed out that the installation time is halved, reason for which it is named FAST.
%u2022 The system is aesthetically pleasant, because thread parts (which sometimes tear operators%u2019 dresses) and the rope extremities, usually fixed by heat-shrinkable sheath or adhesive tape supplier, have been hidden.
%u2022 The red plastic covers of the fixing parts have been developed also for the function of controlling the rope clamping. If the rope fastening screw is not fixed tightly enough, the cover cannot pass.
%u2022 The rope is fixed without folds, thus reducing the rope stabilisation time and the possible re-calibrations of the rope tightening.
Furthermore two sturdy pulleys has been introduced in applications where the rope is very long in order to support the rope length or to bend its route. They are designed to avoid any deformation and to allow the rope to remain in its industrial seat also when it is energetically activated. |

Safety coded magnetic sensor, SR-SM series
Pizzato Elettrica offers on the market the new safety magnetic sensor SR-SM series.
Safety magnetic transducers are devices studied to monitor protections and guards that, when linked to a safety module, can create a system up to safety category 4, according to EN 954-1. These products are composed by a magnetic field monitoring sensor, which is connected to the machine structure; and by a coded magnetic actuator, which has to be connected to the mobile guards. The sensor is manufactured to be activated only by the correct coded actuator and not through a common magnet.

The Idemag CPR Non Contact Interlock Switch range offers a compact slimline fitting and provides environmental protection up to 80C. and is suitable for high pressure hosing (IP66/67).
The housing is finished and sealed with a fitted back plate for extra mechanical and environmental durability.
