Conceptpower DPA
Newave’s newest modular UPS design Conceptpower DPATM (Decentralized Parallel Architecture) with unique SAFE-SWAP-MODULES (SSM) addresses all the availability concerns related to power protection of mission critical applications. The move to high power density blade servers has caused a shift in the performance of advanced power protection systems. High power density, high efficiency and no power derating with leading loads have become the key features of modern UPS Systems.
Individual UPS modules with three-phase output powers from 10 to 50kVA (8 to 40kW) are plugged into an easily installed cabinet which contains all of the system's input and output distribution components. UPS modules are Safe-Swappable and can be quickly and safely added to the system without risk to the critical load for either N+n parallel redundancy or an increase in system capacity. The SPS ADVANCE series of SALICRU is a line-interactive UPS with pure output sinewave, available in power rates of 750, 1000,1500, 2000 and 3000VA designed for its easy configuration either in tower or 19” rack formats.

The SLC CUBE STR series of SALICRU gathers the last innovations in power electronic applied to the alternating current power supply of quality. The new digital signal processors (DSP) of control are till 200 times quicker than a standard microprocessor, so it allows, among others advantages, to use the available energy sources better, without transferring to bypass or shutdown it, and improving the potential situations of failure.

DC – UPS Systems for Safety Relevant Installations
With their modular construction, the latest DC – UPS systems in the GTLB/GTPB series from Zentro Elektrik expand the existing comprehensive range of DC – UPS systems for supplying power to safety relevant installations.
The AC/DC systems in standby parallel mode are designed for outputs
from 250 Watt up to 600 Watt and fitted with batteries at the customer’s request. Additional DC/DC converters can be added to the system if more output voltages are required.
A battery control and monitoring module allows to control the charging current and temperature control of the charge closing voltage.
Over and above this, numerous monitoring and control signals are provided via relays, LED’s or potentiometers. A signal relay, for example,
if the charging voltage fails, to switch off the battery on it reaching the closing discharge voltage, to give advance warning of reaching closing discharge voltage with an additional adjustable threshold or individual limitation of the battery charging current to prolong battery life, and

PRINCIPLE
VSS DC uses a very high-speed, rotating flywheel.
The rotating assembly is held up by maintenance-free electromagnetic levitation, with no contact with other parts.
A maintenance-free internal system vacuum
eliminates friction and maximizes energy efficiency.
The flywheel-driven generator supplies energy to the UPS during a power failure, thus providing continuous power to the load.
When mains power is restored, the flywheel
takes between 20 seconds and 2 minutes to return to full speed.
