As well as diaphragm and cup seal pumps, we produce unique linear-shuttle pumps that have only a single moving part, making them far more efficient and reliable than traditional pumps.
The airflow of this vacuum linear piston series lies between 3 l/min up to 60l/min, the maximum achievable underpressure is 0,933 bar.
The airflow of our linear piston compressors lies between 0,8 l/min up to 80l/min, the maximum ratet pressure is 2 bar.

The RC 6 chemistry-HYBRIDTM pump is a combination of a two-stage rotary vane pump and a two-stage chemistry diaphragm pump for optimized corrosion resistance. The diaphragm pump maintains the oil reservoir under vacuum in order to keep the partial pressures of solvent vapors at levels below their condensation points and to reduce largely the concentration of oxygen and corrosive gases.
PERFORMANCE FEATURES:
- reduced internal corrosion, even when working with corrosive vapors
- oil changes typically reduced 90% or more compared with rotary vane pumps alone
- excellent environmental friendliness due to efficient solvent recovery (accessory; or as pumping unit PC 8)
- drastically reduced amount of waste oil for disposal due to extended service intervals
- ease of maintenance due to telescopic design

VACUUBRAND diaphragm pumps are totally oil free, mechanical vacuum pumps. Diaphragm pumps are the efficient and environmentally friendly alternative to water jet pumps. They do not consume water and, therefore, they do not produce contaminated waste water. Diaphragm pumps can be used in a multitude of applications for vacuum generation in laboratories and process plants, such as vacuum filtration, vacuum degasing, vacuum impregnation, vacuum drying chambers, rotary evaporators, distillation, gel dryers, gas analytical systems and roughing of wide-range turbo molecular pumps.
Diaphragm pumps offer low ultimate vacuum down to 80 mbar (one-stage pumps), 9 mbar (two-stage pumps), 2 mbar (three-stage pumps) or 0.3 mbar (four-stage pumps). Optimized kinetics for minimum work and wear of the diaphragm result in high reliability, low scuffing, long life and low noise level of the diaphragm. Only selected resistant materials such as FPM (e.g. Viton® fluoroelastomers) and aluminium or PTFE compounds - depending on the version - are used for the gas and vapour contacted parts.

VACUSAFE comfort and VACUBOY - For safe aspiration of liquids from all sorts of containers
The VACUSAFE comfort makes aspiration of liquids very safe, user-friendly and flexible.
The compact, all-in-one vacuum system incorporates low-noise pump, shatterproof collection bottle and hand operator. With its adapters, removal of liquids is possible from virtually any container. It is extremely simple to operate - switch on, set the required vacuum and start working. Unlike most "home-made" aspiration systems, the VACUSAFE comfort has several important safety features like the liquid level sensor and the two hydrophobic filters that block potentially dangerous aerosols. The vacuum is adjustable providing the flexibility to either gently aspirate supernatant from cultured cells or to quickly remove liquid from a large container.
The ergonomically designed VACUBOY hand operator and its range of adapters provide the flexibility to aspirate liquids from a wide range of laboratory containers including cell culture vessels and multi-well plates. The hand piece is simply connected to any available vacuum source and fitted with one of the different aspiration adapters. The perfect match is obtained when the VACUBOY is connected to a VACUSAFE comfort aspiration system.
Special features:
- Shatterproof waste collection bootle
- Autoclavable parts
- Protection from hazardous aerosols by hydrophobic filters
- No liquid overflow due to liquid level sensor
- Low-noise pump with automatic on-off function

The DIP range of pumps was developed for operation in industrial systems. Excellent vacuum performance data combined with the inherent ruggedness of this kind of pump, make our DIP pumps a reliable component in high and medium vacuum applications.
Advantages to the User
High pumping speeds in the fine and high vacuum ranges
Low attainable ultimate pressure
Integrated, water-cooled cold cap baffle guarantees low oil backstreaming rates into the vacuum chamber
Low oil losses (even at high gas throughputs) by integrated, water-cooled forevacuum baffle
High forevacuum resistance even at reduced heating power
The heating cartridges are accessible from the outside via heating inserts which are built into the boiler. This ensures a quick exchange of single heating cartridges (even when the pump is hot)
A separate automatic circuit breaker for each heating cartridge ensures a high level of electrical safety
A standard built-in thermostat acts as an thermal overload switch and ensures that the heating cartridges can not overheat
All pumps are prepared for installation with an over-temperature switch (optional) for checking the cooling water circuit, and a contact thermometer (optional) to monitor the operating temperature of the diffusion pump
Indication of the oil level by sight-glass permits simple checking of the current oil level
All DIP pumps are delivered with their inside chamber cleaned in such a manner that it is free of oil. The inside is evacuated. In the condition as delivered, the pumps may be also operated with silicone oil
Typical Applications
The diffusion pumps from the DIP range are used in coating systems, vacuum melting and drying systems as well as in vacuum furnaces in the area of metallurgy

An elastomer diaphragm is moved up and down by an eccentric. On the down-stroke it draws the air or gas being handled through the inlet valve. On the up-stroke the diaphragm forces the medium through the exhaust valve and out of the head. The compression chamber is hermetically sealed from the drive mechanism by the diaphragm. The diaphragm pumps transfer, evacuate, and compress completely oil-free.

These days, it is hard to imagine modern laboratories
without controller-operated vacuum
pump systems. They deliver precise vacuum
and offer widely diverse control functions for a
huge range of applications in the laboratory.
The new vacuum pump system SC 920 now
supports remote control over a portable hand
terminal, thus ensuring maximum flexibility in
the laboratory. Fast process times and high precision
are further outstanding features of this
new product.
Thanks to wireless remote control, it is
no longer essential for the vacuum
pump system to be located in the immediate
vicinity of the processing equipment.
The pump system can now be
easily stowed away, i.e. in units under
the work bench or in a fume hood,
without the hassle of laying cables.

The first ISO venturi.
The V2i is a multi-function vacuum generator with straight through design and electrical ISO 15407-1 valve for on/off and blow off control.
The valve directly mounted on the vacuum generator brings a reliable and efficient solution for all robotics applications wherever short cycle time is required.
Non-clogging V2i, that's the solution for difficult applications.

Based on the Venturi tube principle with adjustable sections
Characterised by the possibility of adjusting the volumetric suction capacity and vacuum level simply by turning the Venturi tube outlet section.
Applied for the suction and transport of products of low specific weight and also liquids like exhausted oil or oil coolants. They can also be used for suction in suckers in contact with particularly powdery and friable products, avoiding the use of vacuum pumps with easily clogged filters
Maintenance free, good filtering of the compressed air supply is recommended
Maximum vacuum level: 550 mmHg (75% vacuum)
