The ingredient is dosed in a small container fitted on an accurate load cell.
The integrated batch controller optimizes coarse and fine feeding with automatic tolerance control.
Fine dosing concept allows a ratio between coarse/ fine feeding over 30.
This figure is a key point to reach fast dosing process and accuracy.
In automatic version, at the end of dosing stage the container rotate 360°. The ingredient is then emptied to the application point.
The ingredient can be as well, feed directly in the final container or box, positioned (manually or automatically) on the load cell table.
Design of these feeders is made in agreement with drug and food industries requests for cleaning.

Speed and Accuracy – From Input To Delivery
Fixed Portions with Minimum Overweight
The Speed Batcher is a unique batching system that can create batches ranging from 0.4 to 30 kg at very high speed. The Speed Batcher automatically weighs raw material into sub-weights, which are then selectively combined to form the best batch weight. This capability enables the Speed Batcher to outperform all conventional hopper systems in both speed and accuracy. The unit is fully automatic – from input to delivery.

The anti-bridging system carries out by itself the perfect filling function of the dosing screw, as well as the anti-bridging in the tank.
Some quickly dismantling solutions have been specially studied in order to aid the cleaning of the unit.
The materials have been selected according to the characteristics of the products to be dosed.
Operating principle:
Thanks to a cylindrical tank fitted out with aa anti-bridging device and a mechanical dosing system without air or vibration, you can dose all kind of powdery or granular products.
The flow can be set by varying the speed of the dosing system. The feeding of the dosing system is carried out by the anti-bridging device which at the same time anti-bridges the product in the hopper.
Some examples of treated products:
Flours, cocoa powder, dry fruits, talc, salt, sugar, frozen vegetables, sulphur, metallic oxides, raisins, almonds, pigments, granular products, fibres.

* External setting control possible
* J-bus communication
* Defects control
* Formulations storage
* High dosing accuracy
* Production management
* Man-machine interface in clear language
The essential tool for dosing in safety!
The anti-bridging doser is weighed and assisted by an electronic regulation system that provides a dosing accuracy between 0.25 and 0.5% thanks to the loss weight control.
It works either continuously or by load, depending on the process. The regulation system, at the leading edge of the computer technology and electronics, enables the user to control one or several dosers.

Scope of use
Batching of loose and powdery articles into containers, bags, cardboard boxes etc. Depending on the packed product, we apply weight, volume or screw feeders.
Operation principle
The product rationed in the batcher is loaded into the package. Control of the device is manual or automatic. Batcher may constitute separate devices or be included in technological lines along with conveyors, positioning device, and electronic triggering. The structure and equipment of the devices is adapted to the needs of the client.

Spiroflux belongs to the pioneers in the development and the manufacture of weigh batchers by "batch".
As of the beginning of the years 1990, with range SPIROMIX, we equipped with many famous users, in gravimetric measuring, very often to replace the volumetric feeders.
To date, Spiroflux proposes various families of dispensers: SPIROMIX, DPX, MULTIMIX...
Simple with use, robust, reliable and with a very competitive price, these weigh batchers cover all the applications of the plasturgie, and offer many opportunities in the agro-alimentary one.
To proportion from two to six products, with flows of a few kilograms to a few tons per hour,... the possibilities many in proportioning by "batch" or are dépesée continuous.

Milltronics weighfeeders from Siemens can improve the accuracy of processing, blend consistencies, accountability, and record keeping. All weighfeeders come standard with a belt weigh bridge and speed sensor. An integrator is required to complete the system.
The weighfeeder is used to deliver an accurate mass flow rate of material. In the majority of applications, material is profiled by an adjustable mechanical shear gate, which fixes the correct material bed depth for a given particle size.
The feed rate is then maintained and adjusted by varying the speed of the belt. However, in some cases the belt speed is constant with rate control (if any) done by a pre-feeding device.
The system consists of three components: weight and speed sensing, integration and control, and the mechanical conveying system.
Using the belt load and the belt speed signals, small incremental totals of weight per time are measured by the integrator and then the flow rate is calculated. The measured flowrate is compared against the desired flowrate and the on-board PID controller makes necessary corrections to the belt speed.

These machines are suitable to dose in continuous powder, granular and fibre materials. They are particularly suitable for fluid materials and can reach feed rates up to several tons per hour.
As belt feeders can be installed directly under a silo or pre-storage hoppers, while as weighing belts can be re-filled in continuous from other extractor machines such as screws, stellar valves other belts. These machines are equipped with a weighing bridge with loading cells and they can be also equipped with different control devices suitable to satisfy the most various dosing and weighing needs, both in continuous and batch.
