"AP" series Extraction systems provide a simple and economical solution to the problem of exhaust gas extraction in motorcycle, car, and heavy vehicle repair shops during engine testing procedures with the vehicle stationary. These systems are normally installed in acceptance and preparation areas, in small workshops with space restrictions or where there is no need for hose reels or ducts with sliding extraction elements designed to cover a larger working area. The range envisages models and versions with extractor fans having various different construction features and performance specifications to ensure a cost-effective solution applicable to the vast majority of vehicles in circulation.
CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
All "AP" versions are composed of high performance centrifugal extractor fans which, when mounted to the wall with the specific brackets supplied with the unit, support the rigid pipes and fittings necessary for connection of "TGA" crush-resistant rubber hoses of various diameters and lengths to be selected in accordance with the application. The units are supplied with "BGN" series rubber intakes, but by using our "Universal kit" (to be ordered separately) different models can be very easily fitted on the basis of the type of vehicle undergoing repair. "SM" series wall brackets are supplied to support the rubber hose when not in use. The rigid steel ducts recommended for expulsion of exhaust gas to the exterior are available in a wide range of different lengths, diameters, fittings and accessories that can be selected in the specific price list.
