The sliding rail system CA is used in exhaust gas extraction plants, as single stations or centralized systems. These systems allow the extraction of exhaust gases off the vehicles in the following applications:
car inspection centers and car workshops with moving vehicles (along the rail) with specific nozzles according to the exhaust tail pipes;
centralized plants for lifting decks or multiple working areas, where it is not convenient the use of fixed extraction systems.
The aerial sliding rail duct CA is characterized by a square profile made of extruded aluminium. The special profile is studied to guarantee a perfect sealing even in case of low negative pressure and high temperatures. The ducts are pre-assembled during the production, in particular the insertion of the rubber lip in the aluminum profile, as it is not easy to carry out this operation during the installation in the workshop. CA duct rails have two possible suction sections (CA22 with 3000 m3/h airflow and CA24 with 6000 m3/h airflow) and allow a higher airflow rate (and therefore a greater number of trolleys). The CA is supplied in modular kits of different sizes for the realization of personalized lines, depending on the request of the single workshop. All kits are provided with ESK support brackets, connections, top end flanges, outlet Ø 200 mm.
The aerial sliding rail duct CA is made of extruded magnesium-aluminium alloy bars supplied in kits of different sizes. It shows an exlcusive sailing system with a wing rubber lip designed by Aerservice Equipments to resist gases and high temperatures.
