Andor iDus InGaAs 491 array series deliver a small, most efficient and a suitable-for-research platform for spectroscopy purposes ranging from 0.6 to 1.7 μm or 2.2 μm.
The in-vacuum sensors use thermoelectric cooling. They can reach -90ºC cooling temperatures, ideal for achieving the best signal-to-noise ratio for maximum applications in region of this spectrum.
The arrays have peak QE of > 85%, which provide maximum sensitivity of detection. They have a single window design and feature UltraVac™ which provides permanent vacuum integrity.
