Description
The SOM02060 is a DC solid-state relay manufactured by Celduc Relais. Created with the advanced MOSFET technology, it features an extremely low on-state resistance, low output leakage current, and low control current consumption. In addition, it has an integrated protection against overvoltage and a housing with IP20 protection class.
The relay operates on a voltage ranging between 3.5VDC to 32VDC and has a maximum load current of 20ADC.
