MSBHI Series Cooling Tanks produce a high-pressure spray that cools tube and profile extrusions faster and in less space than other water and spray tanks.
While water flowing through the tank conducts heat away from the extrusion, the high-intensity spray enhances the heat transfer rate through evaporation.
Cooling rates can be increased further with an optional pump and heat exchanger system, capable of recirculating up to 340 gallons of water per minute through the tank.
The MSBHI can be used with tube or profile extrusions up to 12 inches {304.8 mm} wide.
