Characteristics

Applications
for pipe extrusion lines, for profile extrusion lines

Description

Overview
Conair CP Series cleated pullers are engineered to pull large plastic extrusions smoothly through cooling conveyors and onto cutting or handling stations. Thick cleated belts provide firm grip on profiles, pipe and decking products while permitting controlled give to avoid product distortion. The unit is designed to deliver maximum pulling strength without crushing the extrusion.

Applications
  • Extrusion lines for large plastic profiles (windows, decking, siding)
  • Pipe and tube extrusion
  • Heavy or hollow continuous extrusions requiring controlled downstream pull
  • Integration with cooling conveyors and cutting systems

Key features
  • Cleated rubber belts sized for high gripping force
  • Adjustable belt pressure for different cross-sections
  • Cleat profiles that minimize surface contact to reduce crushing
  • Modular frame compatible with standard extrusion line layouts
  • Variable-speed drive and synchronization-ready controls

Benefits for operators
  • Smooth, consistent pulling reduces scrap and rework
  • Maintains profile shape for large and hollow sections
  • Simplifies alignment with cooling and cutting stations

Options & integration
  • Multiple belt compounds and cleat heights available
  • Speed synchronization and torque-limiting control options
  • Custom frame lengths and infeed/outfeed configurations to fit existing lines
