The Dat 5023Iac is an isolated programmable converter for AC current signal from Datexel. It is designed to detect the TRMS value of the AC current signal from 0÷5 A to 0÷60 A applied on its input providing a voltage or current output signal. It has a 2000 Vac isolation between power supply and output that removes the effects of ground loops that may occur. This enables the use of the converter in tough environmental conditions in industrial applications. The user is free to program the input and output ranges by the proper DIP-switches available after opening the door located on the side of device. The zero and span values can also be managed using the ZERO and SPAN potentiometers. Furthermore, this device adheres to the directive 2004/108/EC on the Electromagnetic Compatibility and is enclosed in a 27.5 mm thick plastic housing.
