Semiautomatic band saw for cutting insulated and wire netting panels. Head structure in 3 parts: special aluminium alloy, steel and cast iron. Dynamometric blade tensioning. Broken blade micro. Head feeding system with hydraulic cylinder and front balanced valve for feeding regulation and cutting optimizing. Head drop on square column and double linear guides with U shaped guide in the front side. Blade guide with combined action of side bearings, carbide plates and top bearing.
Reduction gear box with inclined grinded case hardened teeth lubricated with long lasting grease. Connection of the motor wheel to a flange with two conical bearings. VHZ electronic blade speed regulation for a wide range of blade speed selection.
N° 4 vertical hydraulic independent cylinders for material locking. Possibility to choose the cylinder to be used as well as the locking pressure. Ergonomic working table and control panel. Heavy duty basement. Sheet metal construction in different thickness, holding sides and chips pan.
Hydraulic unit for the head cylinder and the pressing cylinders power supply. NB1 standard device which allows to effect the material cut through a soft lubrication of the blade cutting edge. Electrical cabinet with 24VAC auxiliary tension, main switch , safety unit and user pushbutton. Electronic control panel: blade speed selection, coolant selection and piece counter. Alarm messages display and auto checking at start up. Total protection against highest voltage and short circuit current. Protection level IP 55.
