Semiautomatic vertical band saw machine for cutting from 0° to 60° right and from 0° to 60° left, with automatic cutting angle positioning. Blade inclined by 4.5° to the working plane to facilitate the cutting of profiles. Hydraulic movements. Designed for the maximum operator safety. Maximum capacity at 0°: 560 height x 460 length. Material clamping vice with hydraulic positioning. Head rotation by hydraulic cylinder with cutting angle displayed on screen. Possibility to use coolant system with recirculation pump and removable tank for easy cleaning and refilling Front push-button control panel with integrated PLC. Balanced valve for cut optimization.
