Semiautomatic band saw for cutting insulated sandwich panels and grating panels. Head structure in 3 parts: special aluminium alloy, steel and cast iron. Dynamometric blade tensioning. Broken blade micro. Head feed system with hydraulic cylinder and descent speed controlled by a flow control valve mounted at the front. Head descent on square column with twin linear guides and front U-shaped guide. Adjustable blade guide with carbide inserts and guide bearings. VHZ electronic speed variator 16÷120 m/min. Reduction gear box with inclined grinded case hardened teeth lubricated with long lasting grease. Connection of the motor wheel to a flange with two conical bearings. 4 vertical clamps with pneumatic cylinders for material clamping. Adjustable locking pressure. Ergonomic working table and control panel. Heavy-duty welded steel base with panels of differentiated thickness. Hydraulic unit integrated in the machine base for controlling the head cylinder. Standard NB1 device for minimal lubrication of the blade cutting edge during the cutting process. Electrical cabinet with 24VDC auxiliary voltage, operator controls, and lockable main switch. Control panel divided into sections for pneumatic/hydraulic and electrical controls. The pneumatic/hydraulic section controls the vice opening and closing, the cutting pressure adjustment, and the head descent speed. The electrical section manages the head and vice movements, the potentiometer for blade speed setting, the lubrication and cutting area lighting options, as well as the alarm indicators and the emergency stop button. Full protection against overvoltage and short circuits. Protection level IP 55. Line voltage: 400V/50Hz/3Ph standard (230V/50Hz/1Ph-230V/50Hz/3Ph-220V/60Hz/1Ph - 220V/60Hz/3Ph-440V/60Hz/3Ph available). Machine colours: yellow RAL 1018 and grey RAL 7016.
