Connection of the motor drive wheel to a flange assembly with paired tapered roller bearings. Self-centering vice specifically designed for cutting tubes from Ø40 mm to Ø330 mm. Wide hardened replaceable plates for long-lasting material support surface. Ergonomic working table and control panel. Sturdy material support surface on the loading side. Heavy-duty welded steel base with panels of differentiated thickness. Hydraulic unit integrated in the machine base for controlling the head and vice cylinders. 30-litre coolant tank with electric pump for blade guide lubrication and cooling. Electrical cabinet with 24VDC auxiliary voltage, operator controls, and lockable main switch. Analog blade speed regulator. Full protection against overvoltage and short circuits.
