Head feed system with hydraulic cylinder and descent speed controlled by a flow control valve mounted at the front. Dynamometric blade tension device. Idle cleaning brush with easy and practical adjustment. Broken blade endswitch. Adjustable blade guide with carbide inserts and guide bearings. Manual positioning material cast iron vice with hydraulic locking cylinder. Ergonomic working table and control panel. Millimetric measuring rod with sturdy length stop for cutting lengths 0÷600 mm. Head rotation with mechanical stops at 0°, 45° and 60° to the right and 45° to the left. Graduated scale for angle reading and sturdy locking lever. Vice sliding from right to left on linear guides with locking positioner. Heavy-duty welded steel base with panels of differentiated thickness. 50-litre coolant tank with electric pump for blade guide lubrication and cooling. Electrical cabinet with 24VDC auxiliary voltage, operator controls, and lockable main switch. Full protection against overvoltage and short circuits. Protection level IP 55. Control panel: cutting angle display (optional VAT), blade speed selection, piece counter, coolant selection, and cut height memorisation. Machine alarms display and self-diagnosis function. Line voltage: 400V/50Hz/3Ph standard (available 230V/50Hz/1ph – 230V/50Hz/3 – 220V/60Hz/3ph – 440V/60Hz / 3ph). Machine colours: yellow RAL 1018 and grey RAL 7036.
