The Powermax85 SYNC® is a next-generation professional-grade air plasma cutter for gouging and recommended cutting up to 25 mm (1"). SmartSYNC torches and Hypertherm cartridges
SmartSYNC torches feature RFID capability to communicate with Powermax SYNC systems for automatic amperage and process setting. Cartridges are single-piece consumables optimized by process and amperage and are factory test-fired. Cartridges are available for drag cutting, FineCut hand and mechanized, mechanized, Max removal and Max control gouging, FlushCut, HyAccess and other application-specific processes.
