Overview
The HyPerformance® HPR400XD® plasma system is a 400-amp rated mechanized plasma system designed for maximum performance and productivity in X-Y, bevel, and robotic cutting operations. The system combines fast cutting speeds, rapid process cycling, quick changeovers and high reliability, delivering advanced HyPerformance mild steel cutting, aluminum capability and high-quality stainless steel cutting.

Key features and consumable approach
The HPR cartridge (single-piece cartridge) simplifies consumables by replacing multiple traditional parts with one cartridge for faster change-outs and simplified ordering. Cartridge kits and starter kits are available for different amperages and material types.
