OverviewThe Single Flex SA2 version of the Servoflex SFC series is a lamella (disc) coupling designed for very high torsional stiffness while providing axial, angular and parallel misalignment compensation. Hubs are made from a high‑strength aluminium alloy to minimize mass moment of inertia, making the coupling suitable for servo drives and dynamic applications.
Features- Hubs made from high‑strength aluminium alloy
- Very low moment of inertia
- High torsional stiffness
- Axial, angular and parallel misalignment compensation
- RoHS compliant
- Torque range: 0.25 to 250 Nm (model dependent)
- 3D CAD data available for individual models
Technical data — summary- Torque range: 0.25–250 Nm depending on model
- Torsional stiffness: from approx. 190 Nm/rad up to values in the 100,000s Nm/rad depending on size
- Moment of inertia: approx. 0.06×10^-6 kg·m^2 up to approx. 1891×10^-6 kg·m^2 across the range
- Maximum speeds: model dependent (examples: 10,000–140,000 min^-1)
- Misalignment limits: see model data for parallel, angular and axial limits
