The MKS Instruments elastomer-sealed M100B Mass-Flo® Economical Mass Flow Controller is designed to control gas flows in a wide variety of analytical, industrial and experimental applications. The M100B Mass-Flo® Economical Mass Flow Controller can also be used as a pressure controller when connected to a suitable pressure transducer.

The M100B Mass-Flo® Economical Mass Flow Controller is configured with a standard 3" footprint making it suitable for replacing the most common MFC on the market today.
