The M100B Mass-Flo® Series of Cost-effective Thermal Mass Flow Meter, manufactured by MKS Instruments, is made as an economical mass flow controller. This device is mainly used for controlling gas flows in a broad variety of industrial and experimental purposes. It is also suitable for use as a pressure controller.
