The EDR-G903 series is a Gigabit performance, all-in-one Firewall/VPN secure router for Ethernet security applications in sensitive remote control or monitoring networks and critical industrial assets. The EDR-G903 supports one WAN, one LAN, and a userconfigurable WAN/DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) interface that provides high flexibility in different applications such as WAN redundancy or Data/FTP server security protection. The EDR-G903's Quick Automation Profile function supports most common Fieldbus protocols, including EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, FOUNDATION Fieldbus, Modbus/TCP, and PROFINET. Users can easily create a secure Ethernet Fieldbus network from a user-friendly web UI with a single click operation. In addition, wide temperature models are available that operate reliably in hazardous, -40 to 75°C environments.
Innovative Easy-to-Use Firewall Settings
Moxa's EDR-G903 supports intelligent firewall functions to simplify your security configuration. An innovative Quick Automation Profile helps you quickly enable common Fieldbus protocols; there are over 25 protocols including EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, FOUNDATION Fieldbus, Modbus/TCP, and PROFINET--all from a user-friendly, simple click-operated web UI. Other firewall services, such as PolicyCheck for policy debugging and SettingCheck for confirming firewall rules increase firewall accuracy to empower your network with tougher and stronger security.
